Voting Time. An employee required to work on election day shall be given time off to vote if his/her working hours are such as to prevent the employee voting outside his/her working hours.

Voting Time. An If an employee’s normal schedule of work is extended on Election Day so that it would hamper his/her ability to vote, the Employer agrees to allow such employee required to work on election day shall be given time off to vote if his/her working hours are such as to prevent the employee voting outside his/her working hoursvote.
