Voluntary Termination by Employee. Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time upon delivering 30 days' written notice of resignation to the Company. In the event of such voluntary termination other than for "good reason" (as defined above), Employee shall be entitled to his base salary earned PRO RATA to the date of his resignation, but no base salary continuation payments or benefits continuation (except as specifically provided by the terms of an employee benefit plan of the Company).
