Common use of Voluntary Self-Report Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Self-Report. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-6.3(a)3, reporting to law enforcement is not mandatory when a student has voluntarily and on his or her own initiative sought treatment or counseling for a substance abuse problem, provided the student was not involved in drug distribution activities and further provided the student participates in an appropriate treatment or counseling program.
