Common use of Voluntary Resignation by the Executive Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily resign the Executive’s position and terminate the Executive’s employment with the Company at any time by delivery of a written notice of resignation to the Company (the “Notice of Resignation”). The Notice of Resignation shall set forth the date such resignation shall become effective (the “Date of Resignation”), which date shall be at least ten (10) days and no more than thirty (30) days after the date the Notice of Resignation is delivered to the Company. The Notice of Resignation shall be sufficient notice under Section 2 above to prevent the automatic extension of this Agreement, if timely given according to the terms of Section 2.
