Common use of Voluntary Attendance Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Attendance. If a course or training program has direct application to the employee’s present position, the Agency will pay full tuition and books. Travel, meals and associated expenses, and overtime provision will not apply. Reimbursement for tuition and books may be made when the employee presents evidence of satisfactory completion of the training.
