Visual Clause Samples
The 'Visual' clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to visual materials, such as images, graphics, or videos, within an agreement. It typically outlines who owns the visual content, how it may be used, and any restrictions on reproduction or distribution. For example, it may specify whether visuals created during a project remain the property of the creator or are transferred to the client. This clause ensures clarity regarding the use and ownership of visual assets, helping to prevent disputes over intellectual property and usage rights.
