The Videorecording clause governs the conditions under which video recordings may be made during the course of an event, meeting, or activity. It typically specifies who is permitted to record, the purposes for which recordings can be used, and any restrictions on distribution or publication of the footage. This clause helps protect the privacy and intellectual property rights of participants, while also ensuring that all parties are aware of and consent to any videorecording that takes place.
Videorecording. During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the AppointedDate.
Videorecording. During the Construction Period, the Mine Developer and Operator shall provide toHPGCLforeverycalendarquarter,avideorecording,whichwillbecompiledintoa 3 (three) hour digital video disc or any substitute thereof, covering the status andprogress of Construction Works and installation of Equipment in that quarter. Thefirst such video recording shall be provided to HPGCL within 180 (One Hundredand Eighty) days of issue of LOA and thereafter, no later than 15 (fifteen) days afterthecloseofeachquarter.
