Video Materials Sample Clauses

The "Video Materials" clause defines the terms and conditions governing the creation, use, and ownership of video content produced under the agreement. It typically specifies who holds the rights to the video materials, outlines any restrictions on their use or distribution, and may address issues such as editing, approval, or confidentiality. For example, the clause might state whether the client or the service provider retains copyright, or set guidelines for how the videos can be shared publicly. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations regarding video content, thereby preventing disputes over usage or ownership.
