Common use of Video Conferencing Clause in Contracts

Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.3000 to $2.000 per site for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates per site ranging from $0.3000 0.30 to $2.000 per site 4.00 for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.3000 0.2300 to $2.000 per site 3.800 for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.3000 0.16 to $2.000 per site 1.50 for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
