Victoria – Award 1998. The Protected Award Conditions have been expressly excluded from this Agreement and are not to be taken as being included in this Agreement and do not apply to the employee covered by this Agreement. In lieu of the Protected Award Conditions, employees will receive a higher basic periodic rate of pay, as listed in clause 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
