Common use of Victims Clause in Contracts

Victims. a. The Law Enforcement Authority does not need to secure parental permission to interview a victim. b. The School Entity shall promptly notify the parent or guardian of a victim when the Law Enforcement Authority interviews that victim. The Law Enforcement Authority shall follow department policies and procedures when interviewing a victim to ensure the protection of the victim’s legal and constitutional rights. c. In the event a victim is interviewed by Law Enforcement Authority on school property, a guidance counselor, CIU 10 Administrator or similar designated personnel shall be present during the interview.
