Very Low Sample Clauses

Very Low. Income is the qualifying income with adjustments for family size, for very low-income households as established by HUD pursuant to Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended. These income limits are adjusted from time to time.
Very Low. Income Tenant means a tenant whose annual gross income is 50% or less of the Adjusted Median Income.
Very Low. Low-income families whose incomes do not exceed 50% of the median family income for the area, as determined by HUD, adjusted for family size.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Quantity Discounts Contractor may offer additional discounts for one-time delivery of large single orders;

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
