CHDO Project. Contract is not certified as a Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO) under the HOME Program. Unless stated otherwise herein, in accordance with County policy for CHDO-sponsored Projects, all HOME funds provided in this Agreement will be treated as CHDO funds.
CHDO Project. The sole member of the General Partner of Borrower is certified as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under the HOME 24 CFR 92.300 and 92.301. For CHDO projects, unless stated otherwise herein, in accordance with County policy for CHDO-sponsored Projects, all HOME funds provided in this Agreement will be treated as CHDO funds subject to HUD approval. CHDO projects must comply with all HOME requirements.
