Common use of Vehicle/Travelling Allowance Clause in Contracts

Vehicle/Travelling Allowance. (a) An employee, other than a Home Care Employee, sent for duty to a place other than his or her regular place of duty shall be paid for all excess travelling time at the appropriate rate of pay and reimbursed excess travelling expenses.
