Common use of Variation Clause Clause in Contracts

Variation Clause. 14.1 The Company reserves the right to add, amend, withdraw, or revise any or all of the above terms and conditions by way of memo, email, digital communication, circular or any form of notification by the Company. 14.2 Other terms and conditions of employment shall be as stipulated in the employee’s handbook and in accordance with regulation, memo, circular or any notification by the Company.
