Common use of Variances Clause in Contracts

Variances. Customer will use its best efforts to deposit cash into the Equipment equaling the Declared Value. ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will remove the Property from the Equipment as required. ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will then count the collected Property to determine the Actual Value. Customer’s Direct Credit balance will be adjusted based upon the Actual Value, and as applicable, Brink’s shall debit or credit Customer’s account for any Variances. ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will post any Variance to ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ 24SEVEN.
