Permissions. Where this Agreement requires you to obtain our permission for anything you must make your request in writing. We will not refuse the request unreasonably. • If we refuse permission, we will tell you what the reason is. We will give you our decision in writing as soon as possible. • We may give you permission on certain conditions. We may withdraw our permission if the activity which we have given you permission for is antisocial to anyone in the neighbourhood. • If you object to our decision, you can appeal using our complaints procedure. • If the request for permission is about taking a lodger, subletting, assignation, or exchanging the house or creating a joint tenancy (see Part 4 of this Agreement), we will reply to your written request within one month of receipt of the written application. If we do not reply within one month, we are taken to have agreed to your request. If we refuse this kind of permission, we will notify you of the reasons for our refusal in writing within one month of receipt of your application. If you are unhappy about our refusal you have the right to make application to the sheriff. • If the request for permission is about alterations or improvements etc. to the house (see paragraph 5.21 of this Agreement), we will reply to your written request within one month of receipt of the written application. In that reply we will tell you if we agree to the proposed alterations etc. and if so, whether we attach any conditions. If we do not reply within one month, we are taken to have agreed to your request. If we refuse this kind of permission, we will let you know in writing our reasons for refusal within one month of receipt of your written application. If you are unhappy about our refusal or the conditions that we have attached, you have the right to make application to the sheriff. • If the request for permission is about changing the terms of the tenancy relating to your use or enjoyment of the house (see paragraphs 2.4 and 2.19) and we refuse permission, you have a right of application to the sheriff.
Permissions. Exhibitor consents and agrees to receive (i) facsimile advertisements sent by or on behalf of Show Management to the facsimile number provided above (ii) telephone solicitations initiated by or on be- half of Show Management and directed to the telephone number provided above and (iii) commercial electronic mail messages sent by or on behalf of Show Management, its affiliates, lines of business and divisions.
Permissions. Covered Entity shall provide Business Associate with any changes in, or revocation of, permission by individual to use or disclose PHI of which Covered Entity is aware, if such changes affect Business Associate’s permitted or required uses and disclosures.

Borrower has all requisite permissions, licenses, registrations and permits required to conduct its business under the laws of the United States as well as the laws of any state or any foreign country in which it conducts business. Low Resolution (150 dpi) - Users can print but the resolution will not be higher than 150-dpi. Each page is printed as a bitmap image which may cause files to print at a slower speed. To make this option available set the Compatibility option to Acrobat 5 (PDF 1.4) or later. High Resolution - Allow users to print at any resolution. PostScript and other printers that come with high-quality printing features can be used. Changes Allowed - Enables the editing actions that are allowed in the PDF document. Possible values: None - when selected none of the changes listed in Changes Allowed drop down box, such as filling in form fields and adding comments are permitted. Inserting, Deleting, And Rotating Pages - allows users to insert, delete, and rotate pages. Also bookmarks and thumbnails creation are permitted. This option works only for high (128-bit RC4 or AES) encryption. Filling in Form Fields and Signing Existing Signature Fields - when selected users can fill in forms and add digital signatures. Adding comments or creating form fields is not permitted. This option works only for high (128-bit RC4 or AES) encryption. Commenting, Filling In Form Fields and Signing Existing Signature Fields - users are allowed to add comments, digital signatures and fill in forms. Moving page objects or create form fields is not permitted. Page Layout, Filling in Form Fields and Signing - users can insert, rotate or delete pages and create bookmarks or thumbnail images, fill out forms, and add digital signatures. Creating form fields is not permitted. This option works only for low (40-bit RC4) encryption. Any Except Extracting Pages - allows users to edit the document, create and fill in form fields, add comments and digital signatures.
