Common use of Validation Process Clause in Contracts

Validation Process. 17.1. In the event that the Subscriber contacts ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and requires it to dispatch a response team, Tracetec shall be entitled to ask the Subscriber to answer security questions in order to verify the identity of the Subscriber or its duly authorised representative.
