Vacation Requests. Vacation will be scheduled at such times as shall be mutually agreeable to the Bargaining Unit member and the Director of Communications and Security Technology Division (or designee). The University reserves the right to limit the number of Bargaining Unit members permitted to be on vacation at any one time where the efficiency and operational needs of the facility will be disrupted.
