Common use of Vacation Payoff Clause in Contracts

Vacation Payoff. Each employee who is separated from employment after completing six (6) months of continuous service with this office shall be entitled to payment in lieu of all unused vacation which he/she may have accumulated as of his/her last day of work. In the event of a deceased employee, payment therefore shall be made to his/her estate or as otherwise provided by probate law.

Vacation Payoff. 16 Each employee who is separated from employment after completing six (6) 17 months of continuous service with this office shall be entitled to payment in 18 lieu of all unused vacation which he/she may have accumulated as of his/her 19 last day of work.
