VACATING THE STUDENT HOUSING FACILITY. Licensee shall vacate the student housing facility to which the Licensee is assigned on the expiration of the License Term or upon revocation of this Agreement, whichever occurs first. Any Licensee who does not vacate the student housing facility as required by this section shall be evicted in the manner provided by the laws of the State of California. The matter shall be referred to the CSU Office of General Counsel for appropriate legal action.
