Vacancy Postings. All vacancies and new positions covered by this Agreement shall be posted on the District website for not less than five (5) business days. Within five (5) business days of posting, employees covered under this agreement interested in a posted position must complete an online application in the District’s online hiring systems. No position shall be filled from outside the bargaining unit unless no eligible bargaining unit member applies for the position.
