Tenants shall reimburse Landlord 90% of the bill according to the below calculations: i. PER UNIT half the amount owed by tenants is divided equally among all units in the property. ii. PER PERSON the remaining half of the amount owed is divided equally by the number of authorized occupants residing in all units in the Property as of the first day of the month.
