Common use of Utility Access Clause in Contracts

Utility Access. Other than the existing utilities currently existing in the Premises, Contractor shall provide its own source of power for performing work on the job site. Access to any common area utility (e.g., electrical panels/service, gas valves, water/sewer hook-ups, etc.) shall only be provided by Owner upon one full business day’s prior notice.
