Common use of UTILITIES AND OUTGOINGS Clause in Contracts

UTILITIES AND OUTGOINGS. 11.1. The landlord shall pay all costs in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water, sewerage, to and from the Property during term of the tenancy. The utility bills are the responsibility of the landlord from 1stAugust but will be set up in the name of the tenants at the beginning of the tenancy. It is the sole responsibility of the tenants to pass on all bills to Xxxxxxxxxx Lettings for payment within 7 days of receipt. You must write your actual meter readings on to the xxxx before sending / bringing the xxxx to the agent.The Tenant shall comply with all laws and recommendations of the relevant suppliers relating to the use of those services and utilities.
