Using the API. As part of your participation in the Developers Program and subject to this Agreement, eBay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to use the API solely to do the following and subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement: 2.2.1.1 Enable your Application to interact with eBay’s databases (for example, the eBay public database and the eBay Sandbox) to retrieve information necessary to facilitate your own or Your Users use of eBay Sites and services through your Application; 2.2.1.2 Make limited intermediate copies of eBay Content only as necessary to perform an activity permitted under this Agreement. You will delete all intermediate copies when they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were created; 2.2.1.3 Rearrange or reorganize eBay Content within your Application; 2.2.1.4 Display eBay Content consistent with this Agreement and the API Logo Usage Requirements (defined in Section 2.3); and 2.2.1.5 Use, display or modify eBay Content as expressly authorized by an authenticated eBay User.
Using the API. Subject to this Agreement, the Perinatal Institute grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub licensable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to use the API solely to do the following and subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
Using the API. 4.1. If the Customer wishes to use the API, it must adhere to the Supplier’s “API Fair Usage Terms”, which can be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/tob.html. 4.2. Subject to adhering to the API Fair Usage Terms, the Customer may make full use of the API for the purposes of the use and receipt of the Docmail Services. 4.3. Both parties acknowledge and agree that any build, coding and/or writing to and proposed use of the API (“Solution”) proposed by the Customer shall be subject to completion by the Customer of the Supplier’s API Access Questionnaire, reviewed and approved by the Supplier as being acceptable and in accordance with the Supplier’s API Fair Usage Terms, before the Customer commences work. 4.4. In the event that, after the Customer starts receiving Docmail Services, the Solution, is deemed by the Supplier (at all times acting reasonably) not to be in accordance with the API Fair Usage Terms or that it has a detrimental effect on the Supplier’s platform, the Supplier reserves the right to suspend the Solution’s access to the Docmail Services on immediate notice (identifying the relevant issues with the Solution) an “API Notice” until such time as the issues identified in that API Notice are resolved to the Supplier’s reasonable satisfaction.
Using the API. Printmotor may make modifications or changes to its API and services thereof at any time at its sole discretion and without notifying the User thereof provided that such changes do not materially affect the User or the use of the API. If Printmotor introduces changes materially affecting the API or the services thereof, Printmotor will notify the User in advance in writing and the User is entitled to terminate this Agreement and User’s use of the API in case the User does not accept the changes. You agree that Printmotor may monitor the use of the API to ensure quality, improve Printmotor’s products and services and verify your compliance with this Agreement. This monitoring may include Printmotor accessing and using your API client, for example to identify security issues that could affect Printmotor or other users. You shall not interfere with this monitoring. Printmotor may use any technical means to overcome such interference. Printmotor may suspend access to the APIs by you without notice if Printmotor reasonably believes that your use of the APIs is in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Printmotor shall offer to User the services (including production and delivery services) as set out herein. The User shall at all times be deemed as the seller of the products towards the end-customer and Printmotor solely as a subcontractor of the User and Printmotor shall only be liable for conducting the services set out herein. The User shall be solely liable for all responsibilities and liabilities incurring due to User’s status as the seller of the products or otherwise resulting from the sale of products to end-customers, including without limitation collection of the price of products from end-customers and any and all tax liabilities, such as reporting and paying any value-added taxes or other consumption taxes and tax obligations incurred due to the profits the User may receive from the sale of products.
