After the initial setup and User IDs and passwords have been provided by Serviceaide, Customer will be solely responsible for managing the User accounts, including requests to remove User access upon change in employment status or role.

User Setup. Within the user section of the portal, you can add and remove internal users as you see fit for your own brokerage. When setting up a User you can also select which report types you wish to be available to each User within your brokerage.
