User Guides. By accepting this agreement and by using Mobile Banking, Customer acknowledges receipt of, and agrees to the terms of, the User Guide(s) applicable to Mobile Banking. Customer further acknowledges that it has required Mobile Users to review the terms of such User Guides prior to downloading and/or using Mobile Banking.
