USER AND ADMINISTRATOR SEPARATION OF E-DISCLOSURE DATA. The Supplier shall ensure that appropriate separation exists between multiple users of the Supplier’s IT services. The Supplier shall ensure that there is capability to mediate user access to data to the minimal amount necessary to support the Services. There shall be separation (however it is achieved) between users who have access to the data which is subject of the Services and users with no access to that information. In respect of the Supplier’s cloud (or shared) service, the Supplier shall ensure that separation exists between the consumers of the Services to prevent a malicious or compromised user from affecting another, in compliance with Principle 3: Separation between consumers. The Supplier shall ensure that users are separately authenticated to more privileged access services (i.e. management interfaces), in compliance with Cloud Security Principle 9 Secure Consumer Management.

  • Indemnification of Employer The Association on behalf of itself and the OEA and NEA agrees to indemnify the Board for any cost or liability incurred as a result of the implementation and enforcement of this provision provided that:

Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.

  • Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.

  • Employee's Personnel File A copy of formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file.

  • Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Upon request to their immediate supervisor, records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, sick leave accrued and vacation accrued.

  • Employee Who Acts as Representative Where an employee wishes to represent at a meeting with the Employer, an employee who has presented a grievance, the Employer will, where operational requirements permit, grant leave with pay to the representative when the meeting is held in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside the headquarters area of such employee.

  • INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
