Use of Funds Grantee shall expend funds under this Contract only for approved services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to those services.
Use of Content The content on the App is provided to you “as is” for your personal use only and may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, de-compiled, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without our prior written consent. Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.

Use of Grant Funds Grantee shall use the Grant Funds only for Eligible Expenses as set forth in Appendix A and for no other purpose. Grantee shall expend the Grant Funds in accordance with the Budget and shall obtain the prior approval of City before transferring expenditures from one line item to another within the Budget.
Use of Deposit We may use any deposit made by you for the payment of any amounts owing pursuant to this Contract.
