USE OF THE SAID APARTMENT. The Allottee shall not use the said Apartment for any purpose other than residential or for immoral/ illegal purposes or in a manner that may cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of other Apartments in the said Building/ said Group Housing Colony or for any commercial purpose or to do or suffer anything to be done in or around the said Apartment which tends to cause damage to any flooring or ceiling or services of any Apartment over/ below/ adjacent to the said Apartment or anywhere in the said Group Housing Colony or in any manner interfere with the use thereof or of spaces, passages, corridors or amenities available for common use. The Allottee hereby agrees to indemnify the Developer against any penal action, damages or loss due to misuse for which the Allottee / occupant shall be solely responsible. If the Allottee uses or permits the use of the said Apartment for any purpose other than residential, then the Developer shall be entitled to treat this Agreement as cancelled and to resume the possession of the said Apartment and the Allottee has agreed to this condition.

USE OF THE SAID APARTMENT. The Allottee(s) shall not use the Said Apartment for any purpose other than for residential purpose; or use the same in a manner that may cause nuisance or annoyance to other apartment owners or residents of the Said Complex; or for any commercial or illegal or immoral purpose; or to do or cause anything to be done in or around the Said Apartment which tends to cause interference to any adjacent plot(s)/building(s) or in any manner interfere with the use of roads or amenities available for common use. The Allottee(s) shall indemnify the Project Developer against any action, damages or loss due to misuse for which the Allottee(s)/occupant shall be solely responsible.
USE OF THE SAID APARTMENT. FLAT/UNIT The SUB-LESSEE shall not use the said APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT for any purpose other than for residential purposes nor may cause nuisance or annoyance to other APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT holders of the said building/complex; or for any illegal or immoral purpose; or to do or cause to be done in or around the said APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT which tends to cause interference to any adjacent APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT/BUILDING or in any manner interfere with the use of roads or amenities available for common use. The SUB-LESSEE shall indemnify and keep the DEVELOPER indemnified against any action, damages or loss due to misuse for which the SUB-LESSEE or their assignees shall be solely responsible. If the SUB- LESSEE uses or permit the use of the said APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT for any other purpose other than permitted use, then the DEVELOPER shall be entitled to treat this Agreement as cancelled and resume the possession of the said APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT and the SUB- LESSEE has agreed to this condition. The SUB-LESSEE specifically agrees to strictly adhere to the terms and conditions as may be determined and/or framed by the DEVELOPER/FMC, from time to time and are subject to statutory guidelines issued by the Authority.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
