Common use of Use of the Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Use of the Leased Property. (a) Lessee covenants that it will (with Lessor’s commercially reasonable cooperation to the extent necessary and required) proceed with all due diligence and will exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and to maintain all approvals needed to use and operate the Leased Property under applicable local, state and federal law.

Use of the Leased Property. (a) Lessee Lessor covenants that it will (with Lessor’s commercially reasonable cooperation to the extent necessary and required) proceed with all due diligence and will exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and deliver, at Lessor's cost, to Lessee and thereafter Lessee will use its best efforts to maintain all approvals needed to use and operate the Leased Property and the Hotel under applicable local, state and federal law.

Use of the Leased Property. (a) Lessee covenants that it will (with Lessor’s commercially reasonable cooperation to the extent necessary and required) proceed with all due diligence and will exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and to maintain (or cause the Manager to obtain and maintain where required by law with respect to liquor and drink licenses) all approvals needed to use and operate the Leased Property under applicable local, state and federal law.
