Common use of Use of Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Use of Termination Date. For avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that if this Lease terminates and the Aircraft is repossessed by LESSOR due to an Event of Default, then, notwithstanding the use of the term "Termination Date" in this Lease, the period of the Lease Term and the "Expiration Date" will be utilized in calculating the damages to which LESSOR is entitled pursuant to Article 25.5. For example, it is agreed and understood that LESSOR is entitled to receive from LESSEE the Rent and the benefit of LESSEE's insurance and maintenance of the Aircraft until expiration of the Lease Term.
