USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF EMPLOYEES BY THE MRSA. (a) The MRSA shall not, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any personal information of the Employee provided to it under the terms and conditions of this article except for purposes of representing the Employees in the employment relationship (i.e. to communicate with them and receive their input during the collective bargaining process).
