Common use of Use of Online Billing Service Clause in Contracts

Use of Online Billing Service. Citizens currently utilizes a computerized online billing service through which all budgets/invoices for legal services must be submitted. Any Firm performing legal services on behalf of Citizens is expected to cooperate with and utilize any such services on behalf of Citizens. The Firm is expected to comply with Citizens’ billing procedures at its own expense and any charges submitted for the same will not be honored by Citizens.
