Use of Customer Name. Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.
Use of Customer Name. In consideration of the Support Services purchased pursuant to this Support Agreement, Customer agrees that Grass Valley may use Customer’s name and logo to identify Customer as a customer of Grass Valley on Grass Valley's website, and as a part of a general list of Grass Valley customers for use and reference in Grass Valley corporate, promotional, and marketing materials. Customer agrees that Grass Valley may issue a press release identifying Customer as a Grass Valley customer and describing the nature of the Support Services to be provided. The content of any press release using Customer’s name will be subject to Customer's prior approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Use of Customer Name. ImageSoft may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in any ImageSoft’s customer lists, any other used must be approved in advance by County.
Use of Customer Name. You agree that we may add your name to our customer list and identify you as a Splunk customer on Splunk’s websites. Any further public use of your name in connection with Splunk marketing activities (e.g., press releases) will require your prior approval.
Use of Customer Name. Customer agrees that the LICENSER and his authorized Partners may use Customer's name and logo in advertisements, other promotional material and the LICENSER'S website.

Use of Customer Name. Hunton Services may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in any Hunton Services’s customer lists, any other use must be approved in advance by County.
Use of Customer Name. Customer hereby consents to Azavar’s use of Customer’s name in Azavar’s marketing materials; provided, however, that Customer’s name shall not be so used in such a fashion that could reasonably be deemed to be an endorsement by Customer of Azavar unless such an endorsement is provided by customer.
Use of Customer Name. Customer agrees that Zadara may use Customer's name and logo in Zadara’s marketing materials and website, and identify Customer as user of the Services.
Use of Customer Name. Conference Technologies may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in any of Conference Technologies’ customer lists, any other use must be approved in advance by County.
