Common use of Use of Name and Likeness Clause in Contracts

Use of Name and Likeness. None of the parties shall use the name and likeness of any other party for promotional purposes without the prior written consent, which shall not unreasonably be withheld, of the party whose name or likeness is proposed to be used. In all respects, each party reserves the right to use its/his/her name and all symbols, trademarks, or service marks.
