Use of Email. Grievances must be filed via email addressed to the University’s official email address for this purpose, which is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Emailed grievances submitted and/or any responses issued after 5:00pm during regular business days shall be deemed received on the next business day.
