Use of District Mail System. The Association shall have the right to use the District mail system, E-Mail system and employee mail boxes for routine communication purposes. Association and Employees are aware that there is no expectation of privacy in any use of the District email system and that emails are subject to review and possible disclosure under the Public Records Act.
