Common use of USE OF COUNTY VEHICLE Clause in Contracts

USE OF COUNTY VEHICLE. 27 A. CONTRACTOR shall require each person employed by CONTRACTOR to provide the services set 28 forth in thisthe Agreement and to read the rules and regulations for use of the County Vehicle. In addition, 29 employees authorized by CONTRACTOR to drive the County Vehicle and their supervisor shall discuss these 30 rules and regulations. The supervisor shall reasonably ascertain that employees understand their responsibilities 31 before the employees operate the County Vehicle.
