Common use of Use of Common Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Common Areas. Tenant’s use of the Common Areas shall at all times comply with the provisions of all Rules (as defined below) regarding such use as Landlord may from time to time adopt. In no event shall the rights granted to Tenant to use the Common Areas include the right to store any property in the Common Areas, whether temporarily or permanently. Any property stored in the Common Areas may be removed by Landlord and disposed of, and the cost of such removal and disposal shall be payable by Tenant to Landlord upon demand. Additionally, in no event may Tenant use any portion of the Common Areas for loading, unloading, or parking, except in those areas specifically designated by Landlord for such purposes, nor for any group social event, sidewalk sale, employment fair, or similar unauthorized purpose.
