Common use of Use of Common Area Clause in Contracts

Use of Common Area. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant, its employees, agents, customers and invitees, the nonexclusive right during the term of this Lease to use the common area, as such may from time to time be constituted, such use to be in common with Landlord and all tenants of the Project from time to time, their employees, agents, customers and invitees, except when the same are being repaired.

Use of Common Area. Landlord hereby grants to the Tenant the nonexclusive revocable use of the Common Area by tenant, Tenant, its 's employees, agents, customers and invitees, under all the nonexclusive right during the term of this Lease terms and conditions hereof, which use shall be subject at all times to use the common areasuch reasonable, uniform and non-discriminatory rules and regulations as such may from time to time be constituted, such use to be in common with Landlord and all tenants of the Project from time to time, their employees, agents, customers and invitees, except when the same are being repairedestablished.

Tenant shall have use of the parking lots serving Landlord’s Property as a Common Area.

The conference room will be available for use by Tenant when the room is not in use, or reserved for use, by Landlord or another tenant.

Landlord reserves the right to promulgate rules and regulations for the use of any Common Area in accordance with Section 4.6.
