Use Limitation. Contractor agrees not to use any University Confidential Information for its own benefit or for any other purpose outside the scope of providing the Services to University, unless University provides advance written consent thereto. Contractor further agrees that it shall not disclose the existence or terms of this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of University.
