Common use of Use Limitation Clause in Contracts

Use Limitation. Each party agrees and acknowledges that use of the Sumitomo Substances or the Tularik Substances, as the case may be, provided pursuant to Article 2, is limited solely to those activities contemplated by the Program, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, and are for research use only and shall not be administered to humans in any manner or form, except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, subject to appropriate Governmental Approval.
