Common use of Urinalysis Clause in Contracts

Urinalysis. A ten (10) day advance written notice for floating holidays and the “Examination Day” must be submitted by the Employee, and accepted by the Employer. The Employer shall take into consideration, on an individual basis, the payment of a floating holiday for circumstances causing emergency absence by the employee. Any such payment based on individual considerations shall not be considered an ongoing policy of the Employer or be used as precedent.
