Upon Termination. Upon termination of my employment (for any or no reason, whether voluntary or involuntary), I will promptly identify and, as directed by the Company, destroy, delete or return to the Company all items containing or embodying Proprietary Information (including all original or copies of content, whether in electronic or hard-copy form), except that I may keep my personal copies of (i) my compensation records; (ii) materials distributed to shareholders generally and (iii) this Agreement.
