UPON-REQUEST REPORTING. If vehicle receiving and unloading operations are recorded on video cameras at the Approved Transfer Facility and Approved Processing Facilities, Contractor shall make those videos available for Authority review during the Approved Transfer Facility's and Approved Processing Facility’s operating hours, upon request of the Authority, and shall provide the name of the driver of any particular load, if available.
