Upon Conviction of Certain Crimes. The Commissioner of General Services reserves the right to terminate the Lease in the event that it is found that a member, partner, director or officer of the Lessee is convicted of one or more of the following: Bribery involving Public Servants and Related Offenses as defined in Article 200 of the New York State Penal Law; Corrupting the Government as defined in Article 496 of the New York State Penal Law or Defrauding the Government as defined in Section 195.20 of the New York State Penal Law.
