Updates and Bug Tracking. Subject to payment of the fees specified in ------------------------ this Exhibit C, Licensee shall have access to the Technology, Updates and the JavaSoft bug tracking database via Sun's commercial licensee web site, and shall be included on Sun's commercial licensee general support alias. Licensee shall have access to the JavaSoft commercial licensee FTP site for the purpose of down loading FCS releases of Updates, as well as early access versions of the Technology as Sun makes such versions available.
