Update Contract Task Matrix. The PMT will update the Contract Task Matrix (Exhibit C) as required to include the necessary subcontractors, Vendors, suppliers, subconsultants and Separate Contractors procured during the Validation Phase that will be performing certain tasks. The Contract Task Matrix will be updated from time to time as the PMT deems necessary to reflect the status of the Project and assign necessary tasks to the most qualified IPD Team Member.
